You Are

I saw my lady

She walked in

And took the breath from the room

I gasped for air

But she’d already come to my rescue

It’s a new mystery

That she’s right about

They won’t pin her down ‘cause she’s alone

Ahead of our worries

I’m a man entranced and my heart groans

You know me all right

You’ve read my pages

I can stand bare before your eyes

Open to the wind

That rushes from you through my mind

Again the future

You led me

Inside our house, the seas are calmed

Strange happiness

Lives where and whenever you are

You are

You are

You are
